How we work

Preparation
Grant access to the release branch (or a freeze candidate), recent crash reports if you have them, and a one-page note on what “done” means for this release. Flag third-party SDKs that cannot be omitted from the store build.
Constraints
Typical engagements cover one primary app codebase. Monorepos with multiple apps need an explicit scope boundary. We work in English; Thai-language standups can be arranged when a bilingual facilitator is available.
