2. Who we are

Service Ambercore provides programming consulting focused on mobile app codebase audits and release readiness reviews. Contact details appear on the Contact page. Our office address is Office 11, 19 Sample Street, Phuket 00000, Thailand.

3. Website use

This site is informational. Content may change without notice. You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access to systems, or scrape content for competing commercial datasets without permission.

4. Consulting engagements

Paid work is governed by a separate engagement letter or statement of work that defines scope, fees, deliverables, confidentiality, and timelines. If those documents conflict with these website Terms on service delivery, the engagement letter prevails for that project.

5. Intellectual property

Website text, branding, and design are owned by Service Ambercore or its licensors. Engagement deliverables (findings packs, memos) are licensed to the client as stated in the engagement letter — typically for internal use related to the reviewed product. You may not present our findings as your own original audit product for resale.

6. No professional warranty beyond the engagement

Audits and reviews identify issues based on access and time available. They are not a guarantee that software is free of defects, secure against all threats, or compliant with every regulation. Store acceptance remains the store operator’s decision.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Thailand, Service Ambercore is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site use or from decisions made solely on publicly available website content. Liability for paid engagements is limited as stated in the engagement letter, and otherwise to fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Thailand have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or website use, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
